A. Endoscopic Surgical Experience
I am in possession of nearly entire set of Endourological Instruments including IntracorporealLithotriptor. I have been performing all the Endoscopic Urological Operations independently. The list includes

B. Open Urological Operative Experience
In addition, I have been conducting the Conventional Open Urological Operations at various hospitals I am attached to.
During my practice I have had the opportunity to perform various complex operations like
- Vesico-vaginal fistulas
- Hypospadias correction
- Ureteral reimplantation for VUR, strictures, ureteral tumors and ureterovaginal Fistula
- Continent urinary diversions
- Augmentation cystoplasty
- Repair of ureteral trauma during gynecological operations
- Nephrectomy
- Radical surgery for renal cell carcinoma and bladder tumors etc.
- Extensive experience in Kidney Transplant Surgery including Recipient as well as Donor surgery etc.
- Currently I am part of the Transplant team at Jaslok Hospital, where transplants are done strictly on rotation basis.
C. Experience in Laser Endourological Surgery
I have bought my own Nd:Yag Laser in May,1997. I was in the U.S.A. in April, 1997 to work with two of the pioneers of Laser Surgery in Urology, Dr. Robert Cowles in Atlanta and Dr. Bharat Patel in Los Angeles. I have been performing Laser Endourological Surgery since June, 1997. The list includes
- Visual Laser Ablation of Prostate
- Laser Internal Urethrotomy
- Laser Ablation of Bladder Tumor
- Laser Ablation of Hemangioma etc.
Jaslok Hospital has now acquired KTP laser, the latest laser machine for treating prostate enlargement as a day care procedure.

I have performed numerous laparoscopic urological operations both independently and as a team member.

E. Experience in Renal Transplantation Surgery
I am regularly performing renal transplantion at Jaslok Hospital. I have extensive experience in both live related and cadaver renal retrieval and transplantation.
F. Experience in robotic Urological Surgery
I have received formal extensive training in performing Robotic Urological Surgery at Rosewell Park Institute of Oncology at Buffalo, USA in January 2012.
I have been performing Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Surgeries at Saifee Hospital since the inception of robot.
